At Zia, you’ll gain experience across a variety of stations: Griddle, Hot Table, Cold Table, Prep, Register, and Dish. This is a hands-on role that keeps you on your feet and engaged throughout your shift. When the line slows down, we look for team members who take initiative – whether that means jumping in to clean, restock, or support a teammate.

*These calculations are based on historical averages for tips. Food & Drink calculation based on an 8 hour shift, per our meal policy. Quarterly Bonuses are based on personal, team, and store performance. Base salary dependent upon experience, years of service, and store volume and performance.
