Zia employees get to learn about and work at a variety of stations: Griddle, Hot Table, Cold Table, Prep, Register, & Dish. Employee responsibilities require them to be on their feet working during their entire shift. If they are not busy, they are expected to take initiative to tackle additional tasks, keep the restaurant clean, and pitch in to help their team-mates. This is a fast-paced, fun, and friendly restaurant work environment.
